Don't Expect Leadership from us admit retired politicians - Greens Are Different
“Ninety-five percent of government effort is to keep everything going as usual,” said Tim Sale, former health minister of Manitoba told me last Sept at a conference.
“Governments only act when they perceive there is a serious emergency. Climate change is not seen as an emergency,” said Sale.
An honest admission for a change. Many other retired politicians, including former federal Minister of the Environment, who listened in nodded their heads in agreement.
