The only item on the agenda was to consider the resignation of Jeremy Woodcock as CEO of the EDA.

Motion
Whereas Jeremy Woodcock has informally tendered his resignation and; The EDA must act to update the Elections Canada registry;
It is resolved
to appoint Virginia Ervin as interim CEO until after the end of the writ period of the expected general election and a general membership meeting can be convened to elect a new CEO. This appointment will become effective immediately upon receiving a formal letter of resignation from Jeremy Woodcock.
