Tell the Province that burning garbage and making more air pollution is not an acceptable option. Hear from speakers from Durham Region, non-governmental organizations, zero waste campaigners from outside Durham and political parties say why they support safer, more sensible alternatives.

Buses will be leaving from convenient assembly points in Durham Region about 9:30 am and returning about 2 pm. Buses will be provided without charge. We need as many people as possible to attend - we will not turn anyone away, however our busing cost per seat is about $7. This does not cover signs or any other costs. We expect some expenses will be covered by donations from the CAW and other organizations. We hope that you will consider a donation to cover your own participation as well as others.
