The Durham Electoral District is represented federally by the Durham Electoral District Association (EDA) for the Green Party of Canada, and provincially by the Durham Constituency Association (CA) of the Green Party of Ontario. Although members may belong to both, the organizations are legally separate because they are governed under different election financing laws. Each association maintains a separate bank account.

Thanks to an arrangement between the province and Ottawa, the electoral district boundaries are the same (the poll boundaries and polling locations differ). See the map on the left side of this page.
